1 - In the Bottom Menu of the Monnos App, click on Banking.
2 - Under Banking, click on Add funds.
3 - Select or use the search field to select the cryptocurrency you wish to deposit.
We will use the XRP cryptocurrency in this example.
4 - Check that the cryptocurrency that will be deposited is the same one selected in the Monnos application.
Copy the address or scan the QR Code for/from the wallet/application/service you are using to send the cryptocurrencies to Monnos.
Attention! In the case of the example using the XRP cryptocurrency, it needs an identification TAG, in some services this TAG has the name of MEMO. So when prompted in the wallet/application/service you are using to send the cryptocurrencies to Monnos, enter the TAG/MEMO displayed on your screen.
Attention! Make sure the network you are going to deposit is compatible with the address you are going to receive.
Example: Ethereum address (ERC20) receiving transaction from Binance Smart Chain network (BEP20).
If you have any questions about this, please contact support before transferring to be sure, if you send to an unsupported address your funds will be lost forever.
5 - After you confirm sending the external wallet to Monnos and everything is correct, you will receive a deposit confirmation message. When you receive it, the cryptocurrencies will already be available on Monnos for trading!
Remembering that deposits can take time to be confirmed for several reasons. Some of them are: Cryptocurrency blockchain being congested, service used to transfer is slow to perform or slow in the cryptocurrency blockchain, etc.
