How to withdraw cryptocurrencies to an external wallet?

1 - Click the Top Menu of Monnos App.



2 - Click on Transactions.


3 - In Transactions, click Withdraw.



4 - Select or use the search field to select the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw.
We will use the XRP cryptocurrency in this example.

5 - After selecting the cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw, complete the fields on the screen:

1. Address of destination wallet. Check the address if it is correct.
2. Or you can read the address by QR Code if the external wallet have one.
3. TAG/MEMO if requested by the external wallet. Not all cryptocurrencies use this information. If the wallet do not request and even so this field appears for you at the time of withdrawal, type: 0 ("zero").
4. Enter the amount to be withdrawn.

6 - Screen to confirm if everything is correct. If you want, you can leave a description of the transaction that will be saved in the statement/history for future identification.

Everything confirmed? All very well? Click submit.

7 - For security reasons, so that nobody takes your cryptoactives from Monnos, besides you, you will be asked for some security data: Your password.

9 - Upon confirming your security data, your withdrawal has been requested and will soon be made!



10 - When it is confirmed, you will receive a notification and will soon receive your cryptocurrencies in the destination wallet.
