What is the invoice I receive from Monnos?

This invoice refers to the services consumed over the period of a month, is an accounting requirement. The invoice is not a charging document.

Monnos respects regulation and follows standards set for companies operating in our sector.

Will I always receive this invoice?
You will receive this document monthly, during all the period you remain our customer.

There are cases where I did not use anything in Monnos during the period, but I still receive NF?

If you have crypto in Monnos, there are services such as the Crypto Savings that even without trades, it'll generate an invoice, as Monnos gets revenue with it.

Where will I receive the invoice of the services provided?

You will receive in the same email you have registered your Monnos account. The email will come from noreply@nfe.io with the invoice in an attached .pdf file.

Beware of scams, always check out the address of the sender.

What are the data that appear on the invoice?

If you have made KYC (Know Your Customer) complete, with address, the data that will appear will be the data you reported. If it is Brazilian and you have not informed the address, the data that will appear will be those of Monnos.
