To solve some problems of our app, for better understanding it is better to see the entire process on video to identify the error than just images (screenshots).
So here's a guide on how to record your phone screen for possible submission to our support:
For Android phones:
Some cellphone brands like Samsung or Xiaomi, have a native recorder for this task, just search the apps. If not, we recommend downloading one of the two apps below.
Step 1: After downloading AZ Screen Recorder, open the application and give the permission for screen overlay. This will allow the app to run on top of others.
Step 2: After granting this permission, you will see that a carousel of AZ Screen Recorder functions will appear on the home screen. To record any application or game, just go to it and click on the red camera icon. New permissions will be requested, access to the microphone and files from the photo gallery.
Step 3: When clicking on the camera icon, AZ Screen Recorder will display a 3 second countdown. After that, your screen will start to be recorded and you can control the recording (pause or end) through the controls that appear in the notification center.
Step 4: The video is automatically saved to your gallery and send it to our support.
Step 1: After downloading it, open the app and choose "I don't want to remove ads". This will keep you using the free version of the app.
Step 2: A carousel of functions will appear on your phone's home screen. Click on the "record" button with a camera icon and then grant the permissions that have been requested for access to the microphone and photo gallery.
Step 3: A 3 second countdown will appear before the recording starts. You can pause or end it through the controls that appear in the notification center (image above). Upon ending a capture, a pop-up will appear on the screen to confirm again whether you really want to stop recording.
Step 4: The video is automatically saved to your gallery and send it to our support.
For iOS phones:
Starting with iOS 11, Apple offers a native tool that records the screen of the iPhone or iPad. After the recording is complete, you can go to the photo gallery and edit the video manually, cropping, adjusting the rotation, and even correcting color, brightness, saturation and sharpness for those using iOS 13.
Step 1: First, see if your device is compatible with iOS 11. If it is not up to date, download and install that version.
Step 2: Now, access the control center. By default, the screen recording button is attached to this panel.
Step 3: You can quickly click to start a screen recording, or press and hold it for a few seconds to see the option to "turn off microphone" so that the external audio is not captured.
Step 4: When starting a video, iOS will display a countdown and will show a recording in progress icon in the upper corner of the screen in red color. To stop recording, just click on this icon at any time.
Step 5: The video is automatically saved to your gallery and send it to our support.
