How to perform account verification?

For Know Your Customer (KYC) verification you need to have a valid country document at hand, we recommend that you use your ID or driver's license.

When accessing the app, click on your photo in the lower left corner;
Click on the first option, Tier 1 Account, with a shield symbol;
Hit the button at the bottom of the screen "Get Bigger Limits";
Choose your country of residence;
Enter the requested document number and click next;
Now we need you to take photos of your documents, follow the instructions on screen;
Tip: To have no problem verifying, photos need to be sharp, take them in brightly lit environments
After uploading your photos, please wait for verification and you will have your account verified soon!
