Using the Lightning Network at Monnos is very simple, just have a balance in Bitcoin to send, select the option in the Menu, Lightning Network, insert or read the QR Code of an LN wallet and carry out the transfer.

Unlike other wallets, there is no need to send it to a separate Lightning wallet, which is extra practical and makes it easier for the user to make micropayments using Bitcoin. We treat Bitcoin and Bitcoin on Lightning as the same asset, therefore the same balance.

To receive via Lightning Network, access the Lightning Network option in the Menu, click on receive, generate an invoice with the data of how much you want to receive, share the code or QR Code with the payer and wait for him to make the payment.

Remembering that the generated invoices last for 15 minutes, if the payer does not make the payment within 15 minutes after its generation, it will be necessary to generate a new invoice.
